Delivery & Returns


All of our products are carefully packaged in recycled cardboard boxes. If you have chosen our gift-wrapping service, then your order will be wrapped in tissue paper with your gift card and placed in one of our recycled cardboard boxes. It will then be wrapped in recycled hessian, secured with a beautiful bow, made from recycled materials, and then placed in a protective outer box which will be labelled with the recipients address.

We will not include any invoices or pricing details. Hampers that include glass bottles will be marked as fragile.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery - Free of Charge
Orders will be despatched Monday to Friday on 5-7 day delivery service. Orders placed Friday (after midday), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday 

Express 1-3 Day Delivery - £9.95 
(Not available for delivery to UK Highlands and Islands)
Express delivery  if ordered before Midday* will be delivered Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays or public holidays). Orders placed Friday (after midday), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on a Monday on a 1-3 day express delivery service. Items may require a signature.

Tracking, notification emails will be sent when the parcel is en route. Please note that your parcel will be delivered between 8am and 7pm, we cannot control the exact time of the delivery. You will have the ability to rearrange delivery at a more suitable time via the notification emails.

*99% of parcels will arrive the next day but please note that delivery date is not guaranteed.


We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return an item free of charge within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If any of the items in your order are faulty or damaged, then please contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered and we will send you a label that will allow you to return them to us free of charge for a replacement or refund.


Unwanted Items

We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items, but can supply a return postage label for a small charge. Please contact us if you would like to return an item.


Personalised Items

All personalised orders are considered final at the point of order placement. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any personalised items unless they are deemed faulty.

Please do not return items without contacting us as we are unable offer refunds or exchanges without prior arrangement. Before returning any undamaged or non-faulty items to us, we do ask that it they are in the same condition as when you first got them, ensuring they are in their original packaging.

Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that items are returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to 7 working days to fulfil your request. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received so returns sent by Recorded Delivery may reach us more quickly but do not progress more quickly through the process.

When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have given us your email address. Please be aware that it can take five to seven days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.

If, after sending your return to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 7 working days, please contact us on 01303 237333 (Monday - Friday 9am to 3pm) so we can investigate.
