Product Care

All of our signs are lovingly handmade using real wood and hand painted using individually designed stencils. Signs can go outside but will weather when open to the elements and will require additional weatherproofing with a clear matt varnish. How often this needs doing will depend on where the item is situated and general area weather conditions.

Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery - Free of Charge
Orders will be despatched Monday to Friday on 3-5 day delivery service. Orders placed Friday (after midday), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday

Express Next Day Delivery - £6.95
(Not available for delivery to UK Highlands and Islands)
Next day delivery if ordered before Midday will be delivered Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays or public holidays). Orders placed Friday (after midday), Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Items will require a signature.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return an item free of charge within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
